Wolfer is a founder-led operation: deliberately small, focused, and run by people who have spent their whole working lives in transmission engineering. The leadership team has stayed essentially unchanged for two decades.
Wolfer's management is deliberately flat — engineering decisions go from customer drawing to plant floor through three people, not seven. That is partly why our quote-to-shipment turn time has stayed at "24 hours to quote, ≤ 30 days to ship" while the customer count has grown 10×.
About
Founder & General Manager
Founded Wolfer in 2006. A 26-year transmission-industry veteran who came up through the shop floor. Drives technical direction, customer relationships with the major OEM accounts, and the long-termism culture.
Head of Engineering — drawing review, RFQ
Runs the quote desk and the drawing-review process. Direct line to the customer engineer on every non-trivial RFQ.
Manufacturing & QC
Runs the Foshan cutting / heat-treatment / inspection workflow. Final sign-off on every shipment.
Account management & after-sales
Owns the customer relationship post-shipment — re-order processes, drawing-revision tracking, and the field-feedback loop back to engineering.
