Why 15–30% above generic parts

  • Certified materials

    Common materials include 40Cr, 20CrMnTi and stainless grades, selected to the drawing and application. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available with shipment.

  • Real heat treatment, then grinding

    Quench-and-temper, carburizing or nitriding matched to the material — followed by tooth grinding after heat treatment, which is what Class 5–6 actually requires.

  • 100% outgoing inspection

    Critical parameters are verified using a PREC60 gear measuring center, CMM and metallurgical inspection to reduce the risk of wear, excess backlash and unplanned downtime.
